Terms of Sale


The owner of outlethome.lt online store (hereinafter referred to as online store) is OutletHome online store (registration code 142054984), located at Taikos pr. 15, LT-91135 Klaipėda, Lithuania.
Terms of Sale, Product and Price Information
The terms and conditions of sale apply to the purchase of goods in the online store.
The prices of the products sold at the online store are indicated next to the products. A shipping fee is added to the price. All prices of items sold at the online store are in euros.
Our delivery costs are free. 
Information about the product is posted in the online store directly next to the product.
 
Placing an order
To order a product you must add the desired item to the shopping cart. To place your order, fill in the required fields of data and select the appropriate delivery method of the goods. After that, you will see the commission amount which you can safely pay with the following payment methods:

Payments are made by  Stripe, Inc. Payment takes place outside the online store in a secure environment - when paying with a bank link in the secure environment of the respective bank and when paying with a credit card in the secure environment of  Stripe, Inc. The seller has no access to the bank and credit card details of the customer. The agreement enters into force when the amount due is credited to the current account of the online store.
The owner of the online store is the main processor of personal data and will forward the personal data required for payments to an authorized processor of  Stripe, Inc.
If the ordered product cannot be delivered due to the fact that the product has run out, or for any other reason, the buyer will be notified as soon as possible and the money paid (including delivery costs) will be refunded immediately, but no later than within 14 days of sending the notification.
 
Shipping
Goods will be shipped to the following countries: Estonia, Austria Belgium Czech Republic Denmark Finland France Germany Greece Hungary Ireland Italy Netherlands Norway Poland Portugal Romania Slovakia Spain Sweden Switzerland.
Shipping costs are borne by the seller.
Parcels  usually reach the destination specified by the buyer within 7-14 working days from the date of the sales contract. 
 
Right of withdrawal
After receiving the order, the purchaser has the right to withdraw from the contract concluded at the online store within 14 days.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the purchaser is a legal entity.
To exercise the 14-day right of return, the goods ordered may not be used other than to test the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods in the manner permitted for testing goods in the physical store.
The costs of returning the goods are borne by the seller.
The buyer must return the merchandise within 14 days from the date of application or provide proof that he/she handed over the merchandise to the carrier within the aforementioned period.
Upon receipt of the returned goods, the online store shall immediately, but no later than 14 days after receipt of the application for withdrawal, refund to the buyer all commissions received from the buyer based on the contract.
The online store may refuse a refund until the product that is the subject of the contract has been returned or until the buyer provides proof that he has returned the product, whichever comes first.
The online store has the right to refuse the purchase transaction and demand a refund from the buyer if the price of the product in the online store is indicated significantly lower than the market price of the product due to an error.
 
Right to sue
The online store shall be liable for any inconsistency or defect in the goods sold to the customer that already existed at the time of delivery of the item and that becomes evident within two years from the delivery of the goods to the customer. unless within the first six months after delivery of the item to the customer it is assumed that the defect already existed at the time of delivery of the item. The online store is responsible for refuting the respective assumption.
The buyer has the right to contact the online store within two months at the latest by sending an email to [email protected] or by calling +370 674 563 31.
The online store is not responsible for any defects that occur after the delivery of goods to the buyer.
If the products bought at the online store have defects for which the online store is responsible, the online store will repair or replace the defective products. If the goods cannot be repaired or replaced, the online store will refund to the purchaser all fees related to the sales contract.
The online store shall respond to a complaint filed by the consumer in writing or in a format that can be reproduced in writing within 15 days.
Direct marketing and processing of personal data
The online store uses the personal data entered by the buyer only to process the order and send the product to the buyer. The online store transmits the personal data to shipping companies for the delivery of goods.
The online store will send newsletters and offers to the purchaser's e-mail address only if the purchaser has expressed a wish to receive direct mail notifications by entering an e-mail address on the website.
The purchaser may cancel offers and newsletters sent by e-mail at any time by notifying us by e-mail or by following the instructions in the e-mail containing the offers.
 
Resolving Arguments
If the Buyer has any complaints against the Online Shop, they shall be addressed to [email protected] or by phone: +370 674 563 31.
If the buyer and the online store can not resolve the dispute by agreement, the buyer can appeal to the Consumer Disputes Commission. The terms of procedure can be read and applied for here. The Consumer Disputes Committee has the authority to resolve disputes arising from a contract concluded between the buyer and the online store. Examination of the buyer's complaint in the Commission is free of charge.
The buyer can contact a party of the European Platform for Consumer Dispute Resolution.
